Description
So, this is the initial sketch for a comic page I'm working on for of his FFXI character, Aisha, based on an ongoing RP.
_____________
"I was wandering the tundra of the Northlands as I have
grown accustomed to, listening for and following the
psychic whispers that emanated from my enemy and my
love. It was a hard morning; I wasn't able to find shelter
from the blizzards that set in last night so I had been
wandering through whipping winds all day, blinded by the
twisting snow. At long last I found a solitary boulder
jutting out of the snows, and I rushed to its side for what
little shelter it provided. I slumped down to the ground
and hung my head, trying to resist the urge to just fall
asleep, and very well freeze to death. Then, I felt
something change—I felt a wave that was not that
of the Seventh or Brandon, and I looked up. In front of me
through the whipping snow I saw a glow on the horizon
over a distant hill. Something seemed to urge me forward,
aside from my own curiosity. So I dragged myself to my
feet, binding my armor for speed and warmth, despite the
tearing feeling I knew it would cause in my chest, and set
off running towards the glow. After several minutes I came
to the foot of the hill. Taking a deep breath I walked to the
crest, and was immediately assaulted by a view so
dazzling it seared my eyes, forcing me to back away in
pain. I swear I saw some fallen star, impacted into the
snows but shining as brightly as those that light the sky."
_____________
...the panel of the "star" falling, is inaccurate, considering
she didn't see it fall, but it's meant to be a visual
representation of her psychic senses.
so, the text belongs to
art, belongs to me
and all FFXI-related stuff belongs to SquareEnix
