Blargh, I hate being sick.
btw...no matter how desperate you are, don't put vapor rub in your nose. it will clear out your sinuses...with the fires of hell. (if they'd put that warning on the label, I would have listened.)

I'm going through the same thing. Put the vapor rub on the bottoms of your feet and then put socks on. It helps a little. Don't have a clue why though. It really shouldn't but I cough less and breath a little better. I read about it somewhere.
